Rental Criteria
Thank you for
considering our apartment community as your next place to call home! Park View
at Taylor is a senior community with 100 apartments (96 one-bedrooms and 4 two-bedrooms),
serving qualified low-income senior households. A senior household is one in
which all members of the household are age 62 or older. At Enterprise
Residential, our mission is to make home and community places of pride, power,
and belonging. As part of our commitment to fairness and transparency, we have
outlined our rental criteria to guide you through the application process.
HOW
TO APPLY
Applying is as
easy as 1-2-3.
1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION: Start by completing
an application. Applications are available online. Please CLICK

by creating an account. If you are unable to apply online for any reason,
please contact our leasing office at 410-663-0363 or parkviewtaylor@enterpriseresidential.org to
schedule an appointment. One of our leasing professionals would be happy to
assist you.
2. PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: To
complete your application, Enterprise will conduct a series of checks for all
individuals in your household who are 18 years of age or older. These checks
include a credit check, landlord reference check, criminal background check,
sex offender check, income verification, asset verification, and other resident
selection criteria. An application fee of $25 may be required for each
household member aged 18 or older listed on your application depending on the
specific apartment you are applying for. This fee covers processing
costs. Please Note: Incomplete
or missing information could delay your application.
3. LEASE AGREEMENT: If your application is
approved, our leasing team will reach out to you about next steps including
signing your lease agreement. If your application is denied for any reason, our
leasing team will notify you in writing of the specific reason why your
application was denied and next steps, if any, for consideration.
